Can I use the lock or camera I already own?
Share the exact model and the tasks you want it to do. We assess which equipment can stay and identify any additional hardware or limitations before proposing a change.
Does this include professional alarm monitoring?
This page covers locks, doorbells, cameras, household access and device notifications. Professional monitoring, emergency dispatch or an alarm service would require a separate provider and agreement.
Will everything work in Apple Home?
We check each model, firmware and connection method. Live view, recording, remote access and lock features can differ. The plan identifies what works in Apple Home and what uses the manufacturer’s app.
Can I ask about installation as well as setup?
Yes. We assess what ARVENZA can carry out. If door work, electrical work or another specialist task is needed, we discuss how to arrange it and confirm responsibilities and scope before proceeding.
